Dear Diary,

It's like a pit that I'm falling into. But I know that if I won't help myself nobody will. Gosh, I feel so helpless. It's like I want to set my mind for the better, but still dwelling on the bad things. And those emotions! One day I'm so powerful, and the other I'm just so pathetic.
