To all those who have loved and has been loved by someone, tell me, is it heaven or hell? Will they love you till the end of time? Will they accept all the darkness and ugliness inside me? If they don't, do you think I am capable of burning them off of my memories and laughing out loud when I think of then?

for me, it was both. love brought out the best and worse in me. i’ve never seen a better version of myself more when i was with them but at the same time, all of the fears and ugliness were coming out like crazy. i was lucky enough to have met someone who was extremely patient with me. but even then, when fear is stronger love, you tend to push it away thinking you don’t deserve it
