Dear Diary, let’s be honest. I have a notebook that I decided to write with gold gel pen. And I write as if I write to my “spiritual guardian” 

I talk to them and ask them how I can be a better person. Today as I wrote, it inspired me to write down things I am grateful for. 

Now I feel better.
