Dear Koa,

  • What happened to me. Daily daily i take new decision...but i can't follow that..i am just wasting my time..from morning to bed....i keep using my phone...whatsapp shift to Instagram shift to pinterest shift to Snapchat shift to telegram...i don't know how to change it...if i throw my phone away...that will be a partial solution. Even though I limit phone usage..i will find other things than study . When I sit for study i feel bored. I feel sleepy.i want a solutions for this problem another things than study...
