Dear Diary, It has been almost four years since my adopted mother passed away and I feel.....nothing toward it. Nothing in the sense that I miss her. I miss her the same way you would miss a high school teacher that you felt lukewarm about. Sometimes I wonder if I loved her because I really did or I had to because she picked to adopt me?
