Dear Diary,

I was going out to kill myself today but instead a took some Diazepam which calmed me down a bit took my mind off it by listening to music. It might seem a bit drastic and meany won't know why someone can thi k like that but when you feel you have nothing else in your black world it becomes easy.

No problem, everyone deserve to be heared by someone. I’m quite new to this app but it doesn’t seem to have a very big userbase , so it’s likely thats got some hand in the lack of responses to your diary enterys. I know some other support apps if you’re interested and want to reach out to more people, though theres no guarentee it’ll help, the more posts there are the harder it is to read and reply to everything. That asside, it’s good that you’ve got some support there. You could try contacting the suicide prevention hotline during those worse moments, see if it helps at all. I’m honestly a little uneducated on bipolar disorder, are there any management techniques you know/could learn? Or perhaps you could look into a job that might be easier to manage while working with bipolar disorder.

I hope you feel a bit better now. I’m not going to be that person that says it’s all just a phase, I’m sure that gets boring enough, but it is true that the future is always open to change. Fighting a war may be exhausting and might leave scars, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be an end to it. Of course, that doesn’t make the war itself any easier. Have you tried therapy at all? Sometimes it can help to do that alongside medication.
