Dear Diary,
I made it through day 1.i had a good day. I woke up my lips dry and dark and my tongue white. I'm dehydrated. I started drinking coffee and water this morning. A need a good laxative every morning. But I have to remember to drink water while I do that. Water water water. That is the important thing. Not food. Water. Water makes you full. Water makes you energetic. Water regulates your body temperature. All I need is enough water everyday to keep me going. I'm going to buy a lot in the grocery today. Water and as of permanently. My breakfast is always going to be oats. I might add some things to it from time to time. But oats or an egg and some soup.... I need to invent a simple morning soup... something easy to make in 10minutes with vegetables 😋. I'll something.
