2022-04-03 - The post breakup

I understood that for some reason I don't allow myself to feel emotions while "there is a task at hand" which is why during the daily routine of being a couple It is hard to get in touch with my feelings.

It seems my mind cannot relax enough to have spare energy for self-awareness.
