Don’t let him in !! April 14, 2022

Dear Diary, 

     I had been doing so well. Then I got triggered and since have started spiraling. I hate that all these emotions came rushing back ! I buried all those feelings for reasons . I didn’t think I would have to worry about them anymore in my life. I guess burying your emotions doesn’t mean it goes away forever. Not until the day something breaks the seal and a creak in the foundation gets a leak! That’s all it took was one blow and everything came rushing back!! I have to fight in overdrive to push all these emotions back down. Because it will lead me down a dark road again and I don’t need to revisit that part of my life. He doesn’t deserve my time, my emotions, or my love . Just please let me lay this to rest once and for all….. Help me to keep these emotions in check cuz I don’t want to run back to him , I can’t go through that all over. Letting go was for my best interest. Stick to it Melissa you can do it again .
