14. Dog in a car 🚗! ( pic of the dog 🥺)
Yesterday when we went to a restaurant to pick up our lunch, I stayed back in the car and hubby went to fetch it.
I was in my phone while some songs played on the radio.
A red car parked on my left and I don’t know how and why I looked up from my phone. I didn’t do the same for the other cars that was parked on the either side and pulled out later.
I found a dog, beagle look/alike, running around and was looking in the direction of the restaurant, longingly. He/She was even barking in the car. I felt that the AC wasn’t turned on but I couldn’t be so sure. The dog came to side facing me and just stared at me and I stared back at him/her, helplessly.
I was just glad that I was of a company to this poor creature. I took pictures and a video of it. The name was Lucky. I waved at it once or twice.
I informed my hubby the minute he got into the car. He waved at the dog too and said that the car seemed to turned off.
I felt too bad. I still had good thoughts about the owners though. I said they must be inside to grab their meal and return to the car sooner. Hubby said he was only one who was waiting to pick up and others seemed to be dining in.
I don’t know how long the poor dog had to sit in the car, all by itself, without much air supply.
I didn’t know if I should have informed some officials about this. If yes, who? So I just waved and looked at it apologetically until we pulled out and drove away. The dog followed his gaze at our pace too. 🥺🙁
