How to create a habit to be happy : I am my priority!

Any habit can be made in 21 days. 
Let today be the day one to avoid circle of thoughts with no apparent solution.
  • Day one- notice one funny/happy thing about the day. Go to sleep with that thought.
  • Day two- notice two happy/funny things about the day and go to sleep with those thoughts.
  • Day three- start noticing every breath you take. This is one of the meditation techniques in Buddhism. Notice three things today.
  • Day four- focus on noticing your respiration pattern. Notice four things today. go to sleep with those thoughts.
  • Day five- notice 5 things today. go to sleep with those thoughts.
  • Day 8-21- repeat day 5's instructions.

When you start noticing every breath, you are focusing on that very moment. If you mind wanders off, you can say 'no, I am not thinking about that right now. I am focusing on me. I am the priority

What do you think and what do you believe are the most powerful words every happy human being truly wants to hear? Because the more goals you set for yourself, the more you are in control of your time, and the more you are in control of your time, easier it is for you to manage time, and the easier it is for you to manage time, easier it is for you to stay and live in the present moment, because everything about you gets used to the present moment. Suddenly one hour feels like three hours, or even more, like eternity. The more you do this, the more every goal becomes a habits, and thus you create habits out of all of your goals, and all of a sudden negative habits, bad habits, terrible habits start to disappear and make no sense anymore, because you live in the present moment and your only goal is to complete that goal. Pretty soon all the bad habits disappear on you, and you get to live a truly wonderful life, a much better kind of life, and the more you live this kind of life, the happier you become, because by pursuing all of these goals and by getting rid of bad habits with aid of these goals you realize that you are capable of great things, but most importantly, you are free to do with life whatever it is you want, for bad habits are no more, you're no longer enslaved by them, you are no longer captive.
