Old drafts

I felt like going through my Google Drive files earlier today, and I accidentally unearthed the novel and poetry drafts I wrote back in high school and college. They sucked, of course. It's because my writing skills were still poor back then, and I'm actually kind of proud of how much I've improved now.

At the same time, I was amazed as I read them. I couldn't believe I was that passionate about writing before and that I could write that many words every day. I can't do it anymore. I write something, and it'll take me 3 months to write another one.

I still love writing. It's still my dream job up to now. But I guess I'm not that passionate and motivated about it anymore. It has just become more like a hobby to me.

Still, I wish to be able to write better pieces moving forward!
