Dear Diary, it’s currently 20:40. 


Last night I thought it makes my brain tired to listening to music and podcasts all day long. So I felt I shouldn’t use my cellphone as well as Spotify too, to give my ears and eyes a good rest. 


I did well today. I went to 5k steps of walk to a store to see pet fish………with my headphones out!

Adding this, except half hours of instagram time in the morning, I didn’t open that app. 

I am usually on screen 4 or 6 hours a day or maybe more since online courses started last year😖😖😖 I was on screan for 12 hours sometimes at my terrible period and I had been wanted to change this too! 


And of course I did today’s 15 minutes of tidying up. To be honest I was about to skip it. But I thought I can give it 5 minutes try. And I did that 3 times in total. Ta Daa! I made it! Day 4th! May the force be with me!!🎉🎉


And what else… oh I didn’t spend money. I usually go to dollar tree and always buy something to motivate me to take a walk. Even I like things I bought, I can’t stop imagine how much I could save if I didn’t waste money for dollar shop things. Yay! I didn’t waste money today! 


Anything else to celebrate…? I didn’t go back to sleep. And I did vacuum cleaner. I didn’t waste my money on extra food while I walk. Oh I did easy exercise too! 


Oh hoho! I can’t believe myself but I actually done these things by myself!     


I really appreciate to the podcast that inspired me to try waking up early.
