Dear Diary, I am in a waiting room of a hospital. How can I explain how did my past weeks go. I have problem of too mach sleep. I have medication for it but this won’t be changed if I keep loosing. Hmmm

At least I can be very honest here. I don’t want to increase medications but I still have problem. Ant this is because of my laziness.
