Massive Headache

My head hurts so much. It's like someone is trying to break it open. Ugh. Plus I haven't showered yet and Cara Dean will be here today. I'm not sure if I'm still up for a visitor anymore.. Maybe if I could sleep for a few hours, but I'm really struggling to do that right now. I want to take a full shower but I'm not sure it's advisable to do that with this stabbing pain in my skull. My hypochondriac ass is literally whispering: "Tumor.. tumor.."
