Dear Diary, I woke up at six instead of seven tow days in a row. wow six am! can’t believe myself. can you? because i had kept broken sleep schedule since online course started.
There are bunch of lifestyle youtube videos titled “my 5am morning routine” and these are very beautiful and looks cool. But I don’t think I can do that too. I know it’s okay. but what not okay is my morning anxiety. This is the reason why i think i can’t start my day early.
It has no specific reason to be caused. that’s why it’s annoying.
Woooo I’m so sleepy now. That’s a good sign of the good biorhythm
