Dear Diary,

Why do we need to sleep? Some nights I just wish we could skip it.... I get anxious...

I haven't been sleeping well lately and when I crawl into bed I wish I could sleep but that's when my brain decides to think of everything that needs doing or fixing and it's at the worst time.-worst still because I can't do much about everything anyway.... please can I just sleep a full night and wake up with the alarm.


I've had vivid dreams lately too... Some nightmares, which makes me more anxious as I don't want to wake up at 2am and not be able to sleep again...
Brain when I get into bed it's time to relax and sleep not reflect and become restless... I don't want to think about the past and bad memories or things I can't fix.
