Dear Diary,

We can't live in the present because we're too preoccupied with planning for the future and reminiscing about the past. How can we just enjoy the moment? If we truly desire a happy future, we do not need to begin planning for it with our thoughts right now. We must begin to take action and live and enjoy what we already have. Everyone seeks happiness, but what they don't realize is that they have the ability and power to be happy but they are unaware of it.
