Dear Diary, Whenever someone mentions a death of their pet I get intrusive tjoughts for long periods of time about my dogs dying and feel bad for not spending more times with my dogs and whenever my dogs walk away from me while I'm trying to pet them I start to cry. I start to have urges to train and hang out with my dogs for days on end and not do anything that isn't spending time with them.
