Drumroll please.....
The Dr says it's "Frozen Shoulder".
Frozen shoulder occurs when the connective tissue enclosing the joint becomes thickened and tight. Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint.

"SO...how do we unfreeze it? I put it in the microwave?" I asked.

Lucky for me he has a sense of humor. He gave me a steroid shot, an anti-inflammatory, and ordered me to see a physical therapist.

I wish I had better insurance. This is going to be so expensive. But I need to do it. Otherwise it's going to get worse.

In other news, he messaged today, asked how are you? A bit shocked. I'm so frustrated still that most of my replies are short.
I replied that I really don't know how I am. Because that is the truth. One moment I'm good and then he comes back and leaves. And it's soul crushing. I wish he'd just leave me alone if he's going act like this.
