Heart being inside, get away with anything it does. Since it is not visible to the naked eye. When heart weeps and brims the eyes, tears threaten to spill. Well, eyes are visible to naked eyes.  So, they try to swallow the tears. Lump has already found it's way in the throat and it refuses the food to be swallowed. Finally, the food gets thrown away but I couldn't do the same with memories that caused it.
