Sudden hit of sadness

I've heard people say that they often get that sudden hit of sadness. I never understood that. Until today. Everything was fine in the morning, but during the day my motivation disappeared. I became sad. I even cried a little. And I have no idea why. I have no reason to be sad. But I am. Anyways, I made cookies today. With white chocolate. My mom said they were pretty good. I also can't wait till snow melts away, so I can go skating again. I think I'm gonna go to sleep soon. So good night world.
