Dear Diary,
Today I woke up on time, I forgot to pray at night. I was talking for hours with my friend S till 2am. We can talk for hours, and talk about anything. It's really fun, we never get bored of each other. It's good to have friends like that.
So let me tell you about my close friends today. I have 3 close friends, and my mother is like my best friend too. I share almost everything with mom. 3 close friends- 2 guys (P, S)and 1 girl (AD) .
I share almost everything with these 3 people. Whenever I have any confusion, I ask one of the above 4 people for suggestions or any one person. They also share almost everything with me. I am regularly in touch with them.
Now comes my good friends, SS, and SM, both guys. I am in touch with them in every few days too, I don't share everything, but they do though. One from school and one from college. So all my friends are from school, college or office(S is from office).
AD, is my best friend, she is like an older sister to me, she doesn't have any siblings and considers me her younger sister.
And lastly, AM, he is my love interest, we talk regularly too. He has many flaws and gets on my nerves many times, but I can't stay mad at him. He used to be AD's childhood best friend. AD introduced us and wanted us to date., And I also happened to like him. As of now, I didn't want us to have any relationship status and be friends before we meet each other. We haven't met in a year.
Let me tell you more about AM- he is a tall and handsome guy, he is intelligent too, he has done engineering from a top govt college in India, then MBA from another top college(top 10) in our country. He is funny too. And now he has a very high paying job too. And because he is AD's childhood friend,. I have heard about him from her from many years, even read their fun chats at times, so I feel I know him. Even though he has all that, he is really shy, he always just focused on studies and never really approached a girl. He has been proposed by girls but always rejected them so far. I know of 2 girls personally that he said no to. AD has tried earlier also to set up her friend with him, but he was never interested. But he showed interest in me, at first I used to feel I am not good enough and he can get better girls. But then he said all those positive things about me, and said he should be the one crying if I ignore him, and to remember my achievements and have more confidence in me.
To be honest, it's true, I also have done engineering from a top govt college, and now working in MNC, I am good looking too, and I can dance really well, I sing and paint quite well too. I get proposals a lot. The only thing I am behind is my job doesn't pay me that well, it's because I switched career after 2 years of college and shifted to Software Engineering from Electrical. Hopefully,I will be at par with my other peers from college in a few years. Studying Electrical Engineering was a big mistake, that field was not suitable for me. I loved solving numericals, but the job profile suits men more.
I was usually known for 3-4 things- good at studies, dances well, good looking ,and robotics. I was a lot into robotics in college, it was the only thing which felt like engineering . And at that time in my college girls were not into robotics, but I never gave up, I participated in different fest of different colleges and mine also and won prizes. I was the 1st female secretary of technical club in college and the only one so far. And also became secretary of Dance club in college. That never happens, one person doesn't become secretary of 2 main clubs usually. So I had done lots of management work in college too. And I have 17 years experience in classical dance, and have a degree in classical dance too and I am also trained in hip hop. I used to be part of a professional dance troup for a while. And I have performed so many times I can't count now. I was a topper in school, my name is still there in honour board and in college 1st year when we had common curriculum, I topped among all departments. During the training in office, I topped there too. Guys have told me, I am the most beautiful one in group many times. To be honest, there were other beautiful girls too, but somehow I got more attention. It feels very strange and shallow to praise my own self, but I just wanted to let you know my achievements too.
