[IS CONCEPT WEEK 09-A]

Last week I shared my dream plan, so.. now I am trying to elaborate and specific my plan.

My personal roadmap Plan that I would like to achieve to be:

• I will work hard and be focused on my studies, I want to graduate within the next 3 or 4 years from now on, thus I will try my best to maintain my GPA score. My goal is to get an average of GPA 3.3
• I want to be involved as much as I could in Campus organization activities. One of the organizations that I really want to be participating in AISEC, at city of Surabaya.
• To enrich my soft skill expertise and experiences I would like to join an Exchange Semester program if it’s possible. And later on in the next couple semesters I want to apply for an Internship.
• In the year of 5, I will use my knowledge, soft skill experience and expertise that I already obtained during my college studies and internship to apply into E-commerce or start-up companies and maybe create ideas within IT related.
• In the next following years, while continuing to work, I also want to pursue my Master degree to get more knowledge and be able to achieve a good position in the company that I worked with, if it's possible.
• Then if I have worked in Indonesia then I will take a master degree in Indonesia as well. I’m planning to take my master degree in the University of Indonesia, and take the Master of Management study program with specialization in the Marketing Management field. Because I believe that field will be value added to me in my work related. But if I got a chance to work and study abroad I would like to take a master degree in the school of information systems, at National University of Singapore (NUS) and take specialization in Analytics & Intelligence Systems or maybe Enterprise IT Innovation & design filed, because if I worked in the field of Data Analyst, I could enrich my knowledge deeper and help my career performance.

[IS CONCEPT 09-B]

The topic of my thesis in the final degree related to technology-based business development. To support my research for my thesis I chose the Laboratory of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence or known as Lab. RDIB. My elective courses in the RDIB lab would be Data Excavation and Business Analysis, Advanced Operations Research, and Forecasting techniques. Besides the elective courses I take from the RDIB lab, I am going to take the E-business course from the Enterprise Systems Laboratory (Lab. SE) and Management Risk and Quality information of technology course from the MIS lab. My target score for those elective courses is 3.2-3.5. To support my dream goals I will try to Involve as much as I could in Campus organization activities, Study exposures, and Internship to enrich my soft skill expertise and experiences. I will also try to overcome my weakness of public speaking by being more active in class and spending more time practicing my writing skill.
