I interviewed Mba Leonika Sari as CEO of Redblood, a company that runs a website and mobile application for blood donating. I chose her because I want to be an entrepreneur in the future, and start my own company.
Kak Leonika told me that she was drawn to entrepreneurship because she wanted to solve a problem in society sustainably. There are pros such as being able to learn a lot, and getting a good network of people. There is also some cons, namely that a lack of prior experience makes the job challenging. She has some advice for new and upcoming entrepreneurs, which was to execute ideas immediately and don't be afraid of failure.

2020 - 2024: Undergraduate Degree
- Study in the Department of Information Systems, ITS.
- Participate in internationalization programs
- Participate in competitions
- Start a business with my friends
- Start a personal website and youtube channel
- Write a good final dissertation, possibly surrounding the topic of IS implementations in education, medical sciences, or smart cities.
2024-2025: Gap Year
- Participate in online courses
- Grow my business and online platforms
- Do internships
- Free-lance for tutoring and public speaking coach for school-aged kids.
- Free-lance in graphic design, software design, web design.
- Travel
2025-2027: Master's degree
- Complete a Master's degree in business information systems, computer science, or other related fields.
- Do my master's degree abroad, perhaps in Germany.
- Continue growing my online platforms
- Have at least one running and well-established business
- Participate in internships
2027~2035: Part-time PhD
- Complete a part-time doctorate study in related fields
- Do my PhD abroad
- Put more focus in expanding my business(es)
