Dear Dragonfly,


First, I have decided to name this Diary/Journal Dragonfly. The reason behind this is that this is about a transformation journey. In 2011, my Grandpa died, and the way that I coped with the loss was through food. So in just a few months, I went from 120lbs to 160lbs. Then in January of 2012, I maxed out at 230lbs. 


In 2013 I started to lose weight and was back to 160lbs by February of 2014. Unfortunately, my life took another turn. I was getting another divorce from an abusive relationship, and then the worse event happened. I was raped by a coworker and later discovered I was with a child from that rape. I made the hardest decision of my life. I got an abortion. After those events occurred, it was like I could not get below 160lbs. Then by 2015, I was back to 200lbs. Since 2015 I have been yo yoing from 200lbs to 230lbs. 


Today I am 230lbs, and I am starting another weight loss journey. I know that I can do it. Although Corvid has put me out of work and I am reinventing my life yet again. I know that by making these changes now, I will be successful. 


I have already been walking outside and making some small changes, but now it is time to document my changes. Also, my story might encourage others to overcome whatever obstacle is in their path.


Today I have made my meal plans for the week. I am starting with intermittent fasting. I have chosen to eat from mid-morning to early evening. I will go for a walk in the morning, paired with situps. I might even do a small workout during the day. I have to be careful not to get overzealous.
