So used to the pain.

 

I’m so used to being told to get over it

It’s not a big deal

It’s nothing

Stop being dramatic

It‘s not that hurtful

It doesn’t matter

Ignore it

Forget it

There’s nothing wrong

Nothing to cry about

I always hear them,

So much That somehow how I convinced myself it’s all okay and it’s fine, its normal and my mental health keeps getting worse

And It’s okay to not speak it all out and keep crying it away.
