Dear Diary, today I met with Belle again. She wanted to buy a new phone. Her old one is not working very well anymore. But the real reason is that she wants to listen to emvironmental sounds, without being called on her phone.
She is really paranoid about sleeping. It's part of her mental health problems. When somebody says to her that he doesn't sleep much or not well, she starts thinking about uncontrollably. She fears that it will somehow affect her and make her not sleep too. Even when somebody who has had sleep problems in the past likes a photo of her on facebook she has the same thoughts. I spent many nights now reassuring her that it doesn't work like that and that she will sleep well. Not to mention the other stuff. One time she called me very late, because she saw a documentary about Micheal Jackson and apparently he died because he couldn't sleep and took too many sleeping pills. We had to talk for an hour about Micheal Jacksons life and that he had many other problems before she calmed down. It was crazy but also kinda fun in a weird way.
She seems like such a confident woman, nobody who doesn't know her better would think that she has worries like that.
Well anyway, now she listens to sounds so she can't be woken up by noises in her house. But a few days she was called while the sounds played and started to fear that it could happen again. So we bought some speakers so she could play the sounds from her PC. And we couldn't find a good used phone in her price range.
I also had the idea to download the video so she could listen to it offline in airplane mode. So I downloaded the video and converted it to a file format which worked with her iphone. It was a 500 MB file though, because it is a 8 hour video. Transferring it to her almost broken phone proved very difficult. But after 2 hours of trying different upload methods it finally worked.
She now says that she owes me something. Earlier she said she would buy me icecream. 😂
Well that was another weird day with her.
I haven't written Knight since we were at the cinema. But I bought the game Falls Guys, whuch she is into right now in the hope of playing it with her. I'm still such a fool.
