"You don't know what I look like when I'm not in love with you"
This sentence right here, this is it; possibly one of my fears - Of falling in love with someone so quickly before actually getting to know them. Knowing what a person is like before they're in love with you is their real self.
Everyone is different, Everyone turns into a different version of themselves when they're in love with someone which is why rushing into a relationship without being friends with them at first, is a terrible mistake.
I'm not going to say I predict the future or any such thing but it is that we do not know the person as a person first as in who they are generally. People act differently when they're in love and we must figure out if we like their real self or the version of them where they're in love.
It takes time to truly know a person, figure out who they are, and realizing if we actually like the person and their personality. It could also help to distinguish between a genuine person and a person putting on a persona to impress you into dating or just sleeping with you. We can't know who's faking and who's being honest (sadly people like this exist and we must do what we can to avoid them)
