I'm so upset about the media not showing the police brutality at peaceful protests (may I remind: 1312), they're using rubber bullets incorrectly:
these bullets are pieces of steel wrapped with a thick layer of rubber around them. They sound harmless, right? Nope, these bullets are supposed to be fired at an angle, to hit the floor and then finally reaching the target - once impact is made, only a bruise should be left.
POLICE ARE TRAINED TO FIRE THEM THIS WAY, THE CORRECT WAY ^
But because they're scared and are basically saying fuck it at this point, cops are treating these bullets like regular ones. Rubber bullets are strong enough to fracture skulls and break rib cages. Due to the police not caring about us anymore,
they've made 3 people go blind in an eye, they aimed directly at those innocent people's faces - even though during training they were taught to aim at the floor first.
"but police are here to protect us!!" bullshit they are, police maced a 7 year-old girl at one of the protests, shot a 13 year-old in the head with a rubber bullet and made them bleed - starting fires, lootings and vandalism (undercover). They threw tear gas into a lady's car whilst she was still in it, drove into protesters multiple times; the list goes on and on. How the fuck do people support these pigs?
"blue lives matter," no. This phrase (like the phrase "all lives matter,") was created to take attention away from black lives matter. In addition to this, police choose to put the uniform on, to work for a racist and corrupt system, choose to be racist towards innocent black people, choose to use rubber bullets incorrectly, choose to shoot innocent pets and people, choose to use unnecessary force, choose to go undercover to make protesters look bad.
It is illegal for a police officer to refuse to give their badge number to anyone who asks, and/or to cover their badge number. Multiple officers have been caught covering their badge numbers and refusing to give that information to peaceful protesters. If you somehow still support the police after this, you're just a lost cause at this point.
