Dear Diary, I recently became a financial advisor. And in Singapore, we seem to have a very bad reputation making Themis career difficult and depressing. Everyone around me including my close friends have begun to shun me and avoid me. Especially since I started this career a month back, it has been quite depressing. However, just 15mins ago, someone who turned me down actually came back to me with an open mind. I was surprised and shocked that he actually came back to me. Just felt a sense of happiness, seeing someone who rejected me at first but actually came back to consult me once more. Hopefully, this will be the start of my long and fruitful journey :) To whoever is reading this, don’t give up. Really. One day you WILL MAKE IT. Just don’t stop.
