Dear Diary, YEY! 🥳🎉 Today, on my 4th day of exercise, I could feel that I wasn't struggling physically as much as I did the first 3 days. Before today, I had to hold onto the stairs' handrailing to support my body because my muscles were sooOO sore. But today, there was still pain but it's better. I could tell that tomorrow, I can already adjust my workout difficulty level because my body's already getting used to my current workout. I'm still doing intermittent fasting everyday. And being able to have so much energy to workout while in IF makes me so happy. I'm excited to be more fit. People might think I don't need it because I'm not overweight but being within normal range of weight doesn't mean I'm healthy already. That's why I make sure to have a balance diet for 2 months now. I seldom eat junk foods nowadays. I better work for that healthy lifestyle. 😽💓
