Wise One,


Yesterday was pretty terrible. I tried really hard to do my readings and homework, but all I really did was stare at the screen. After about an hour of sitting there trying in vaim to focus, I decided to just lie down as my husband played his game. I felt too nausested to eat, and I was sweating despite not doing anything. My throat felt dry and irritated even after drinking plenty of water. I took a lukewarm shower to cool down and rinse off the sweat. I quickly fell asleep after.


Perhaps I really needed a break as today I woke up feeling much better, even refreshed! It was no problem doing my usual morning routine, making breakfast and just getting started on my day. I am able to focus again and be productive!
