Dear Diary,

Ok had to take like an xtra 2 day break cause i really wasnt feeling well. I started exercising again today but we gonna start with two videos. Tomorrow 3 then i'll start the program again from day 10.


Despite taking a break i didn't instantly loose everything i worked for so thats goid. Then again during the breaks i do like one video so maybe thats why? Hahaha honestly don't know. 


Imma show my progress at the moment. The abs arent as defined as they usually are cause or the break and maybe cause i ate dairy(makes me bloat a lot) but if you compare it with my older pictures you can see that mu stomach became a lot flatter. I still have a bit oh lower stomach fat but im really proud HAHAHA😁


Anyway thats all for now. I still got projects to finish so update you guys again tomorrow 💕
