Dear Diary, I forgot to type this down. 2 days ago, I finally weighed myself a month after my last weigh-in. Previously, I lost 2kg in 4 days and then 4kg in 5days. Currently, I lost 2kg in a month. Which is as expected considering the first 2 weeks are mostly water weight lost. And because my weight after 2 weeks is lighter than my starting weight, my maintaining calorie is lower and my cutting calorie is lower too. Now, I'm shifting to my new cutting calorie to continue losing weight. My mistake was that I didn't update my cutting calorie for a month. This time around, I will update it every 2 weeks. Slowly but surely. 🥳🎉
PS. I should really start doing pilates instead of just planning to do it.🌠
