Dear Diary, I've been on the hunt for a new job, I've applied to so many places I am having a hard time keeping them all straight during the interview process. So many interviews and nothing new so far. Trying not to get too overwhelmed with th search and keeping together in my current job, but I'm finding it increasingly hard.

Atleast in my industry what i found is that Its much easier to get a job via a referral than through the usual application method.
Idk if there are networking events for executive assistants....but anyways try to attemd netqorkimg events as much as you can...it helps you grow ur connections,...and follow up with thkse people on linkedin...it really helps to be active on linkedin...ive followed the above 2 methods,...amd its worked out well..whenever i have an emergency at work, i feel like i have to network to fall back on for help and job hunting..
