Dear Diary,

I found out that a guy I performed with committed suicide. I have to be strong and focus on completing all of my goals for the week and month. I keep talking to myself about the losses and hardships of the week, while also using its impact as energy. If you know of anyone (including yourself) who is dealing with depression or any other mental illness, please find someone to talk to. Start the process of healing. You can defeat the impact of the dark moments that you’ve experienced. Know yourself...💪
