Dear Diary, My C- PTSD has been affecting me so much. I’m so tired .

Dear Diary, Omg I have migraine fir the first time in my life I can’t believe it. Why is it happening now having no experience of this in the past? I took pills already but nothing has changed so far.

Dear Diary, So tired. It was my day off so I did lots of cleaning. Yes, “A LOT!!” Which I want to say so but actually the truth is that I didn’t do that much hahaha 😂 that’s the reality🤪

Dear Diary, It’s Sunday afternoon here:) Not too hot, not too cold. Very cozy atmosphere. I just finished doing yoga at home by myself. Now, yoga is part of my life.  I love it very much and I think I can’t live without it!!

Dear Diary, Omg my body don’t move I’m too tired.  Hope it’s just a passing phase. The word “exhausted” is exactly a good one for this now.

Dear Diary, My dizziness is better than yesterday. I saw doctor and got MRI check. The result was fine, They found no problem in brain. The doctor told me he thinks it was all coming from stress. Well,  I THINK SO TOOOOO!!

Dear Diary, Feeling so dizzy, I had never gotten this kind of sickness before so I’m kind of upset to be honest. Now I’m looking for some good doctor to see today.  Hope everybody have a great day!!!

Dear Diary, I made lunch box for tomorrow’s work :) I try to put lots of vegetables when I can. Now it’s already midnight here.  Sleepy but I gotta do my laundry. Another work to go!!!! Hehe:)
