Dear Diary,

Regina stopped over and we had some breakfast earlier. She asked if I would come over tomorrow evening and we could grill some steaks. I told her that would be fine.

Still no word from Kemper.

I can't even get much out of my couple of friends that I have.

I think I just need to unplug from everything for awhile. My friends are going through a lot and they need time to figure it all out. Every time I reach out, they are doing their thing and working through their stuff. I have let them know I would be there for them but they seem to be fine on their own. I don't exactly know what I could do for them but I would try to figure something out if asked.

I sometimes feel that I am just being too needy. I think it probably says a lot that when I do pull away and unplug, I don't hear much from anyone. I just may need to come to some hard realizations on that. Although I do think most everyone is a good person there sometimes is a time when the friends you did have just aren't anymore for whatever reason.

I think I am just going to read and play with Bear today and hopefully Kemper will call or text today.
