Dear Diary, my energy level was low throughout the day. I spent almost all day in my bed. But I don’t feel guilty about it. Maybe I needed this… and I ate a lot today. I tried to go walk. I went outside at 5 in the afternoon.

I am finishing my first sheet of hormone pill. 3 days before period. I spent all day listening to a horror podcast.

Do I need to see psychiatrist again to consult about my current situation..? I suddenly stopped going so I am awkward…

I skipped hair wash yesterday. Should I wash today?

I want to make myself a cup of tea latte tomorrow. I don’t have shift tomorrow.

Even I feel today’s my energy level was low, my mood tracker doesn’t look that bad.

Having a low energy day is different from having a depressed day. It can be connected though.

I was in my bed whole day but I just did yoga for 30 min. This means I feel rested well after this “lazy Sunday”

After talking bath I was watching Fuller House until just now . Feeling sad now after that. Maybe I made my brain tired:(

Stil manageable sadness so I made another entry on Daylio just like that.
