Dear Diary,

I started you as an attempt to fight phone addiction that has been killing my brain for the past year. Also, I'm lonely because all of my friends are gone for the holidays. Augh, I promise myself to do something with people over the next Christmas/New Year's. Anyways I'll write here about my struggles to break free from brainrot. Today I did yoga, studied just a little, and read on my ebook. Not too bad, huh? But don't let me fool you. Most of the time, I was still sleeping and doomscrolling. This is so embarrassing, honestly.
