I have given myself a target to be completed by my next birthday that is on 12th February 2026. I have to lose 10kgs by then. Since the past 2 months I've been my most inactive self in 1.5 years and tbh I hated it sothis is my goal

Since I have a very imp exam coming up, and I cannot work out for another month or so,i will be focusing on the diet and the mental health part till then.


Talking about day 1- October 4, 2025:

  • good start. Started the day with om chanting


  • Ate usual meals and no packaged food.
  • Homa made ladoos (half) that too of jaggery.


  • switched milk tea w/ green tea but ended up giving in at the end of the day and had up of tea (w/ sugar)
  • Had more than 3L of water
