Dear Diary,

Hi,

I am little anxious right now, actually quite anxious these days...and there are several reasons for it .

~ Personal life sucks

~ Work life sucks (lost focus)

~ I think I need to earn a lot more money, this doesn't feel sufficient.

~ Worrying about my parents not returning to the hometown any soon.

~ Pending works

~ Mixed feelings 


Dear diary, I am feeling quite lonely at this moment, I don't know how would I sleep.

I understand the feeling of being too anxious to sleep. Of feeling like you are all alone in this world. My heart go out towards you and I'm sorry you feel this way. I am going to say the cheesy thing of it will get better. It will take time though. A lot of the things are out of your control and it isn't your fault. Just keep your chin up and pushing on. Sometimes it feels like it is too much to bear. That's ok. Make sure to be kind to yourself because you deserve it. Don't bully yourself so much when it comes to life. You can get through this.
