Lunch: white rice, zucchini bites and tomato slides.
Mid afternoon snack: 2 banana muffins with chocolate chips and a cup of black tea.
It was perfectly delicious. It made me understand that my body wants a change of diet. I no longer crave for processed and greasy food, not even animal meat. It is time to start a journey with my food. Forget abou mom, dad and other's opinions. It is my body and I will nurture it wisely.
