Is the power of positivity real?

Is mind over matter really possible? 

My MS is flaired, and I'm down today. The Farmer helped me get spaghetti in the freeze dryer and I went with him to water the sheep. I had to use my walker. I took a pretty hard fall this morning and busted my knee. My right hand is concerning me. It's numb and that's odd. 

Anyhow, I'm in bed now. I'd like to sleep this off and will pray that's it's not a sign of what's to come. I'm keeping a level head and not catastrophizng. Just gonna go minute by minute today to get through. 

Kids had an excellent first day of school yesterday. Oh, we started watching this painkiller series on Netflix. It pisses me off that stuff.. It's SO dangerous, but over prescribed . They ruined it for the people who coul that could actual mprescribers
