Dear human
How would u like to see your cousin locked in a cage, unable to be free, unable to do or see places or people they want to see, unable to eat when or what they want, always under the rule of some psychopath that kidnapped your cousin as an infant and killed your aunt and uncle to do so?
I would hope you would be appalled and would do everything in your power to make sure your cousin is entitled to their right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
What if According to the courts your cousin IS NOT entitled to those rights becahse your cousin can't submit to rule of law( obedience) can't be held legally accountable for its actions( obedience) and they cannot perform societal duties (obedience)? Is that a good argument to deny your cousin the right to habeas corpus?After all an infant and the mentally disabled person cannot do those things yet infants and mentally disabled sonehow DO HAVE THE Right to habeas corpus. Ans if the only way to be given those " rights" is if you arw able to obey rule of law, let law hold u accoubtavle if u break them, and if you do what your told ,then do we even really have tbem?
One thing is for sure Your cousin Does not. Because Your cousin Really is held against his/her will, really is denied freedom and cannot be given the right to personhood. I think this is wrong. Your cousin is a person that needs to be able to have other people around them, needs the freedom to live life to the best they can and thats not locked in a cage under the control of another human being, To be bought and sold like property.
I think the courts need a better arguement to deny your cousin his or her rights wluld you not agree?. It seems the courts have only given these " rights" to people they can control and deny them to those they can't. It also seems humans think they are above all other species, but have we forgotten that humans are nothing more then a great ape? We are apes and your cousin that i speak of, that truly is being kidnapped like I told you is the chimpanzee,.
Yet if somehow upon learning this suddenly you care less, Then you are part of rhe problem and u need to rememebr where we humans came from and who are family is. know that you are not better or more entitled to freedom and happiness just because your a human.. Our cousins need those freedom and rights too. Its time we give all great apes personhood. If we dont it will PROVE that we too have no rights, habeas corpus will prove bullshit and just a trick to lock humans in invisible chains. Those who rule feel its only humans that need those invisble chains because all other species have cages. If we extend the " rights" maybe they will prove to be rights and not privledges.
