Dear Diary,
First thing is I figured you may want to know a little bit about me, I am a girl, I am quite the nerd, incredibly smart (at math mainly),dislike most school, am school age, LOVE books, have a farm, have a weird blood pool, and am quite different than most people.
Again my goal with this Diary is to help someone who needs it.
In todays entry I will be writing about the lessons I have learned about, Sickness, Death, Pain, and Anxiety. Please enjoy!
Sickness,
I have had family members that have been severely sick. I have learned if I just give that person hope, and say hey, I got you, you'll be okay, it helps everyone. I, myself have been severely sick. The doctors thought I had Appendicitis, and I had one of the first, early, sever strain of COVID-19. I have been in those shoes, and my best friend's older sister had Hodgkin Lymphoma.
Death,
Whether in a family member, friend, or pet death is hard. I have had a LOT of close people die and I just have needed to tell myself, it is natural. When one of my dogs died, GUNNER, I stopped talking, and I normally talk like crazy, and stopped eating much. I was pretty beat. So, do NOT do what I did and go into a total, unhealthy depression.
Pain,
Pain is something everyone has sometime in their life. Whether it's physical or emotional. I've had both. Mental pain is a lot harder.
Anxiety,
I have Anxiety, and (basically) anxiety breakdowns. You may not have those... I have had them sense I was 3. I have hid them all my life and you guys are the only ppl who know... Anyway the thing I do to help is too breath, and read and play my Violin and dance. Breathing is most important.
Please share these with anyone who needs them!
