Dear Diary,

I feel like I will lose this battle. I’m scared. 

I looked at myself in the mirror, something I do every day but I don’t even recognize myself anymore. The person that was looking at me is in so much pain. It scared me to see that.

As the days go by, I see how much of a burden I am. I don’t want to be that for my family.
