.Galaxy is space cyclone and the Blackhole is the eye, a region at the centre of Space cyclone that's Galaxy" according to the postulates of Irlapatism-A New Hypothetical Model of Cosmology that I proposed in 1977.
Irlapatism-A New Hypothetical Model of Cosmology is proposed by me in 1977 to study origin, structure, nature and evolution of the cosmos.According to this theory- the cosmos is made up of universes in infinite number, having similar structure and properties, embedded one in each other and extended in ascending and descending order in the form of a super fluid. To explain and justify this model, there are 3 universes so far known to us i.e Geo-Universe, Atomic-Universe, Photon-Universe. These 3 are individual universes, having similar structure&properties, embedded one in each other and extended in ascending and descending order. Of these three, we know some extent about the internal structure and properties of the Geo-Universe but we do not know it's external structure&properties. We know some extent about the external structure&properties of the Photon-Universe but we do not know it's internal structure and properties. Between of these 3 universes, we came to know a large extent about the internal and external structure&properties of the Atomic-Universe. Hence, I have taken the similarities of external structure&properties between the Atomic-Universe and Photon-Universe to propose that all the universes in ascending and descending order of creation having similar external structure&properties. The similarities of internal structure&properties between the Atomic-universe and Geo-universe are taken to propose that all the universes in ascending and descending order of creation having similar internal structure&properties. And the manner in which of these three universes i.e. Geo-universe,Atomic-universe, Photon-universe, embedded one in each other, extended in ascending and descending order to propose that all the universes in ascending and descending order of the creation are embedded one in each other and extended in ascending and descending order. Some of the postulates of Irlapatism-A New Hypothetical Model of Cosmology are given as stated below.
Space-climate:The state of galaxies,stars and planets etc at a particular region over a long period of time proposed as space-climate.
Space-atmosphere:The fill of structure&characteristics like galaxies, stars,planets etc and their orbits and other physical forces that surrounds in the geo-universe proposed as space-atmosphere.
Space-weather:The state of characteristics of space-climate like solar wind flares etc. in a particular region during a short period of as time proposed as space-weather.
Space-region:The state of space-atmospher being in still proposed as active space region.
Space high-pressure:The region of space atmosphere in which the celestial bodies are more widespread area proposed as space high pressure area.
Space low-pressure area:The region of space atmosphere in which the celestial bodies are less widespread area proposed as space low pressure area.
Galaxy is the space cyclone: Galaxy is the space cyclone and the Black hole is the eye a region at the centre of space cyclone or space low-pressure system: Black hole is the eye, a region at the centre of the galaxy or space low-pressure system The eye is the focus of galaxy or low pressure system, the point about which is the rest of the galaxy rotates. So the centre of the galaxy itself is the black-hole area and the circular whirling celestial bodies and other space dust etc caused by the space low pressure area is proposed as space cyclone that's galaxy.

Some space times happens variation of differences of pressure in the space climate. At such a juncture, the celestial bodies&other space dust present in the space high pressure area will try to occupy the space low pressure area all at once.In this attempt,they'll whirl around the space low pressure area. The eye of center of space low pressure area itself is the black hole and the circular whirling celestial bodies&dust caused by the space low pressure area is proposed as space cyclone that's galaxy.
I'm Gangadhara Rao Irlapati, An unfortunate Indian scientist, victim of racism negligence discrimination that governments refused research opportunities, society throws away, as a result my researches were ignored&darkened.
