Dear Mr. Diary,
I just don't know how to be happy today, knowing that I won't be part of any Dean's List or Laude anymore. It is just because of a subject that I dropped last semester.
I am a grade conscious person and this breaks my heart.
I am grade conscious because I always wanted my mom to be proud of me and at least lessen the hardship she feels with the grades I am showing her.
Just yesterday and a while a go, she keeps asking me if when will our University be posting the dean's lists so she can share it to her FB page. This is not a pressure, she is just proud of me.
I felt like I am disappointing her by being not on the list of dean's lists.
I can't be a laude anymore.😭😭😭
